What can I do if I failed a test multiple times and cannot retake it?

In this article, you will find the steps to take if you have exceeded the maximum number of allowed attempts on a progress test or final exam.

  1. Check the attempt limit Review the test information page. Many Evionica courses have a set limit on retakes (e.g., 3 attempts) to ensure students review the material thoroughly before trying again. Once this limit is reached, the "Start" button will become inactive.

  2. Contact your Instructor or Administrator If you are a student from a flight school, you must contact your local Training Manager. Only an Administrator has the authority to reset your attempts or "un-assign" and "re-assign" the test for you.

  3. Contact Evionica CBT Support If you have trouble getting your attempts reset, you may contact our customer success team as a last reserve. support.cbt@evionica.com

Note: If you are an administrator trying to reset test attempts or module progress for your branch students, check the article "How to manually complete/reset student progress"

Summary This guide explains that test locks are usually due to reached attempt limits and directs the user to the appropriate contact—either their flight school admin or Evionica support—to request a reset and continue their training.
