Overview of Available Documents and Messages

The Evionica Weight & Balance application provides a range of operational documents and industry-standard messages used to support aircraft turnaround, load control, and flight operations communication. All available messages and documents are designed to comply with applicable IATA standards and operational best practices used within the aviation industry.

The following document and message types are available:

· Loadsheet

The Loadsheet provides the final aircraft loading information, including passenger distribution, cargo, baggage, fuel data, and aircraft balance calculations required for flight dispatch and operational acceptance.

· LIR (Loading Instruction / Information Report)

The LIR contains detailed loading instructions and compartment distribution information used by ground handling and loading personnel to ensure proper aircraft loading.

· NOTOC (Notification to Captain)

The NOTOC document informs the flight crew about the presence, location, and details of dangerous goods or special cargo carried onboard the aircraft.

· LDM (Load Message)

The LDM is an operational telex-style message used to communicate final load information between airports, operational control centers, and airline systems.

· MVT (Movement Message)

The application supports both Departure and Arrival MVT messages, allowing operators to communicate aircraft movement events such as departure times, arrival times, delays, and operational status updates.

· CPM (Container/Pallet Distribution Message)

The CPM provides detailed information about the distribution of containers and pallets within the aircraft cargo compartments.

· UCM (Unit Load Device Control Message)

The UCM message is used to communicate updates and operational information related to Unit Load Devices (ULDs).

· SLS (Statistical Load Summary)

The SLS provides a summarized overview of the flight load and operational statistics for reporting and analysis purposes.

Compliance with Industry and Regulatory Standards

All supported operational messages and documents are generated in accordance with relevant IATA messaging and load control standards. This ensures compatibility with industry practices, airline operational procedures, and communication requirements between airports, ground handling agents, and operational control centers.

In addition to standard IATA compliance, document templates and message formats can be personalized to meet specific airline procedures and local Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) requirements. This allows operators to adapt the content, layout, and operational details according to regulatory obligations and internal operational standards.

Document Personalization and Editing

All available documents and messages can be customized to meet specific airline, operator, or ground handling requirements. This allows formatting, content structure, and operational details to be adapted according to individual procedures and standards.

Supported output formats include:

  • PDF
  • TXT

Documents and messages generated in TXT format can also be set up to be edited directly within the application before final generation or transmission. PDF documents are provided as finalized, non-editable versions intended for operational use and distribution.
