Document and Message Customization

All document and message formats can be customized to meet the airline's operational requirements.

Customization options include, but are not limited to:

    ✅ TXT and PDF output formats

    ✅ Fully editable documents and messages

    ✅ Automatically generated documents with restricted editing rights e.g. documents where only the Supplementary Information (SI) section is editable

    ✅ Airline-specific branding, layouts, headers, footers, and message formats

    ✅ Custom e-mail and SITA distribution rules

    ✅ Support for airline-specific document and operational message formats

    ✅ Additional message and document types beyond the standard W&B package

    💡 The system is designed to be highly configurable and can adapt to airline-specific operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and ground handling workflows. New document and message types can be introduced at any time as part of the implementation or future enhancements.
