Before assuming there’s a major issue, it’s worth taking a few quick and simple steps that often resolve the problem in minutes. Many common errors are caused by browser settings, connectivity issues, or temporary integration issues — all of which can usually be fixed without technical support.

This article walks you through the first steps to take if something isn’t working as expected. By following these basic checks, you can quickly identify the cause, avoid unnecessary downtime, and get back to using the Evionica W&B application smoothly.

  1. Refresh the page
    Click the browser’s refresh button or press F5 to reload the page. This reloads the memory cache of the web page.

  2. Perform a hard refresh
    Clear the cached version of the page by performing a hard refresh:

    • Windows: Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R

    • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

  1. Log out and log back in
    Sign out of your account completely, then log in again to refresh your session.

  2. Restart the web browser
    Close all browser windows, reopen the browser, and access the application again.

  3. Try another browser
    Open the application in a different browser (for example, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari) to rule out browser-specific issues.
