And what to do if it's not

If the app is not accessible on your computer, make sure your network’s administrator whitelisted platform's URLs:

  1. Main app address: prefix.wb.evionica.com

  2. API address: *.prefix.wb.evionica.com

    1. specifically, login.prefix.wb.evionica.com (login form)

    2. and core.prefix.wb.evionica.com (back-end address)

  3. Additionally, you may want to whitelist diagnostic tools helping us identify and analyse issues reported by you:
