How to receive emails from Evionica W&B

Steps to make sure you can receive all emails from Evionica staff and systems

  1. Check the SPAM/JUNK folders in your mailbox.
  2. Make sure with your IT administrator that all of the @evionica.org and @evionica.com domain addresses are whitelisted.
  3. Emails from the system follow the below rules, make sure they are also whitelisted:
    1. no-reply@prefix.wb.evionica.com - where prefix is the environment prefix used in the application URL prefix.wb.evionica.com
  4. Contact support.wb@evionica.com in case the emails are still not received.
