Take over someone’s flight

If the loadsheet preparation is in progress (by someone else) and you know your colleague can’t proceed you can easily take over the procedure and continue when he or she left off.

Select the flight you want to take over.

Go to the documents tab, click “Take over” and continue loadsheet preparation.

Your colleague will be aptly notified.

When entering a flight assigned to a different load controller, the user is directed to the DOCUMENTS step, where the LI/R, Loadsheet, and CPM can be previewed conditioning that they were already completed by somebody else.

Print/Share somebody’s loadsheet

Any user can also share/print the latest revision of loadsheet.
