The new users are created with a “Trainee” status and access restricted to a placeholder “YYY” station to limit disruptions to the real operations allowing for secure system familiarization and training. You may verify the desired station of the user on the list (YYY -> WAW, where in this case WAW is the final Target airport ).
After the training is performed and verified, the Station Manager may promote the user to the “Trained” status by selecting their account and clicking “Promote to trained.”
All “Trained” users must be approved by an Airline Manager. Approve “Trained” users by selecting their accounts and clicking “Approve trained.”
Only then the status will change to “Approved” and the user will be allowed operational use of the Evionica W&B solution. Their station will change automatically, granting them access to the desired Target airports.
