Having trouble logging in? Check your username
Please note that the username is case-sensitive. This means that uppercase and lowercase letters must be entered exactly as they are set in your account.
If you are unable to log in, please:
- Check that all uppercase and lowercase letters in your username are correct.
- Make sure there are no spaces before or after the username.
- Try logging in again.
Copying and pasting a username may accidentally include an extra space. If in doubt, type the username manually.
